Here are 25 Random Things about Me. When you are done, do 25 Random Things about You, and share.
1. I absolutely detest bell peppers... all colors. I try them every once in a while because they look delicious just to make sure that they are still as vile as I think they are. [I do believe I already mentioned this here... sorry for repeat info.]
2. I love to cook... I like to have people over just so I can cook something fun.
3. I do not like to read books based in reality... I prefer books with magic or dragons or set in a world that is totally unrealistic.
4. When I was in high school I drove a Ford Escort with automatic seat belts. When [TS] was riding with me, I'd slam on the breaks and make the seat belts catch and we'd "hang from the seat belts" and laugh. I guarantee you [TS] is laughing right now.
5. I am currently 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant and have spent the evening in bed because I feel like I'm going to yarf at any minute. Isn't it a beautiful time? [...that was yesterday... during the Super Bowl]
6. If we have a girl, her middle name will be Merissa as a tribute to [SMB]. I'd name her [S], but well... that probably would come across all wrong. If we have a boy, his middle name will be Grant after my grandfather. [in case this doesn't make sense, SMB and I have the same first name]
7. I used to have a trampoline. I once did a flip off the roof of our house onto said trampoline. It hurt. [SMB] and [TS] laughed at me.
8. I am liberal and my husband is conservative. We still manage to keep the love alive. ;)
9. My parents don't vote and that irks me.
10. I do not like much reality TV but I love to read blogs... I even write one. [urr durrr dee durrr]
11. I have a James Avery charm bracelet that I started in high school. The first charm I ever got was from Adrian. I still wear it and continue to add charms to it.
12. One of my dogs, Moxie, has a tattoo on her stomach. I had her for about a month before I saw it and tried to wash it off. Tattoos do not wash off. I have no earthly idea why she has a tattoo or how she got it, but I believe there is more than a slight chance that she is an alien.
13. Since I moved in with [BigAC] and started cooking for him, I have only had to do the dishes maybe 6 or 7 times. One of the many many reasons why I have the best husband EVER.
14. I am an only child. Well.. I WAS an only child until I acquired a step-brother and a step-sister 1998... or was it 1999? Oops. Anyway - I love them both. They are the best!
15. I had both of my eyebrows pierced in my college days... Not at the same time though. I had to the first one out for some reason and it grew closed, so I had the other one pierced.
16. [AG's] daughter, [Goldilocks], once projectile vomited chicken and broccoli baby food all over me. I held her out away from me and [AG] collapsed laughing on the floor.
18. When I was little I wanted to be a teacher so I could write on a chalkboard everyday.
19. I taught college freshman English and developmental reading and writing for two years while I was in grad school. I did love the chalkboard. [cringe... I'm a bit worried about that bit of evidence going on the internets along with my typo ridden writing]
20. I once sliced off the end of my finger while making a chocolate cheesecake for [H's] birthday. I almost passed out, and had to go to the ER and get 3 stitches in my finger. I came home and finished making the cheesecake (sans fintertip and bloody bits). It turned out just fine!
21. Our wedding had a peacock feather theme (not really a "theme" but I don't know what else to call it). [BigAC] overheard the event planner girls at the winery wondering if we plucked the peacock feathers off of the birds. He told them yes and that it was very bloody. They believed him. They were also idiots.
22. I wish I could sing.
23. I nicknamed one of my friends Hazelnut the first night we met. She also threw pine cones at me later in the evening. Everyone still calls her Hazelnut to this day. Nobody throws pine cones at me anymore though.
24. My favorite flavor of gatorade is orange.
25. I absolutely love Mary Poppins. I still watch it when I'm sick, and I swear it makes me feel better. It has magical healing powers. Come to think of it... I think I'll go watch Mary Poppins right now.

That's about it. Now you do it!
That is all,

See, your list was neither irritating nor annoying. In fact, it was downright endearing.
Maybe I should do a real one, but who would believe me now?
